You will be located midtown, one block off of Highway 101, in a quiet part of town across from Seaside Surf Shop. Walking distance from everything. Your space is 60'x14' on a fresh concrete driveway adjacent to our beautiful 2 story home which blocks the on shore wind nicely! 30 Amp power, sewer, and water. Additional parking, wifi, and trash. Our fully fenced and secure backyard is available to friendly and non destructive dogs for an additional fee. Three minute walk to a couple of grocery stores. We're a friendly married couple with a 16 year old son. Could most likely help you out with most anything you didn't bring! Bicycles, skate boards, surfboards, just ask.
