Close to Portland but far from the hustle.  The forested 20 acre property slopes South, making it ideal to keep our solar powered cabins and wifi fully charged. Water, outdoor shower and composting outhouse are never more than a five minute walk on our groomed trails.     In early spring you may see taps on some of the beautiful Maple trees.  .  (Why buy Maple Syrup from the store when you can spend days of hard work laboring to make your own!) Summer Brings the berries, Eat the Blueberries and Blackberries to your hearts content.  Find refuge from the summers heat by relaxing by the year round spring fed brook or maybe take a nap on a hammock. Chilly fall evenings can still warm your heart by relaxing in the the Greenhouse or near the campfire.   We are exited to share our little slice of heaven with you, and our extensive personal knowledge of Oregon's hiking and recreational opportunities. 20 Acres of private woodlands are open for you to explore.  Read a book and have a refreshing beverage down by the brook, or just relax by the campfire (Fire Conditions permitting of course).   A cozy queen size bed, towels, charcoal grill and  a cooler packed with ice is provided.   A private, wood-fired hot tub is tucked into the trees next to your cabin.  This solar powered cabin is tastefully illuminated, and has a USB power port.  Well groomed trails provide easy walking access to potable water, heated outdoor shower and composting outhouse. Stargazing in the amphitheater while listening to coyotes sing isn't too bad either.

Close-in quaint cabin!

We came down for the Portland Open and this place was the perfect cabin! We had such a great time and the host was awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

Close-in quaint cabin!
YES PLZ!!!
Trent was amazing!! He met us with great stories and charm. Helped us with our stuff and got us all settled in. The place was SO cute and magical. The outdoor hot tub was epic. The hammock divine! The trails to walk around nature were magnificent. 5 out of 5 stars -- loved this place. Oh, and the bed, it was a cloud!!

Close-in quaint cabin!
We loved staying here! The cabin is very cute and the property is beautiful. Trent was a very friendly & attentive host while also allowing us our privacy. It does get pretty dark, would recommend bringing a headlamp or lantern to walk to the outhouse at night and for additional light in the cabin.

Close-in quaint cabin!
Trent is the best host I have ever had! He takes pride in his work and goes the extra lengths to make your trip special. Every day he had the cooler stocked with ice and started up the wood fired tub. There are a few other special things that I won’t give away. The land is beautiful. If you plan on exploring, it makes the perfect central spot. He has a lot of good recommendations, too. Enjoy!

Lovely spot and wonderful hosts
Wonderful cabin, comfy bed, cozy warm lighting, relaxing tub, green & vibrant nature, burbling creek, kind and responsive hosts, delicious eggs, and friendly goats —- couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. I will be back / I’m sending my friends & family!

Close-in quaint cabin!
Staying on Trent's land was wonderful! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and Trent and his family were extremely friendly and hospitable. We had ample privacy at the cabin, were given free reign to roam and explore the grounds, and the wood-burning hot tub was absolutely perfect! There were so many thoughtful little touches all over the place, I couldn't begin to enumerate them all here. We'll be back!
