We have large private driveway and 2 acre property off of any major roads. We have friendly dogs and chickens. Behind our property is public land with some trails for walking and the paved loop around our neighborhood provides beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains and Smith Rock.
*PLEASE NO OPEN FIRES OR CHARCOAL GRILLS. GAS GRILLLS FOR COOKING ARE OK*Our large, circular driveway at the Cool Ranch provides ample space for multiple tent and/or RV sites. Large RVs may have difficulty maneuvering into sites and around trees/branches. The driveway is desert sand/dirt with some rocks and is accessible for any vehicle. Enjoy the silence of being out of the city and having your own space. Dogs are welcome but the camping area is not fenced, however dogs may be welcome in our fenced dog area surrounding our house with approval. We are located about 15 minutes from Bend and 15 minutes from Redmond. We are very knowledgeable on local activities, food, and outdoor recreation and will be a great resource during your stay.

Joe, was a a great host. I stayed at site two for a couple of nights and had no issues with my 20 foot trailer. Joe offered potable water from a spigot. I would highly recommend Joe’s camp sites. The location to Bend and the value is unbeatable. Thank you Joe!!

Spot was great! Very convenient and easy. We have a 25 ft camping trailer and were able to back it into the spot easily. Joe was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Tent
Tent camping was great. Directions were clear and accurate. There was potable water but we didn't need it. The ground was mostly sand which made for a comfortable night's rest. Though we did hear some farm animals in the distance, it was a very quiet spot though. Would recommend!
