Tom's land offers a convenient resting spot, especially for those on long drives. Most visitors appreciate the ease of access, cleanliness, and the friendly hosts. While the location is close to a highway, which can be noisy, many still find it peaceful with beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. The campsite is well-maintained with ample space, making it a good choice for an overnight stay.
Great place to tent camp or RV camp in Hines, OR if you’re passing through. The porta potty was clean and there is access to potable water and garbage. Fantastic stay on two separate visits.
Location perfect for daily forays to Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Thousands of visiting Snow Geese rested in the fields across the highway.
Bathroom was very clean, looked new. Camp spot was level, and since it was high up above the main roadway, there was little noise.
We scheduled a nights stay at Tom's land and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute. Tom and Tami were so understanding and acknowledged our need to cancel last minute! Thank you again Tom and Tami for your kindness and we look forward to staying with you again.
Enjoyed the availability of full hookup and the clean gravel surface to park the camper on. The porta-john was pristine! Unfortunately we did not find much to do in Hines but it was a halfway point on our travels.
