Lovely Mountainside Getaway
Whispering winds was fabulous...beautiful drive up the mountain. Jenny was a great hostess. She showed us the toilets and shower. They have a mowed open grassy meadow with a spattering of trees. The wild irises were blooming and there's lots of birds!

It was a great place to stop in on my bicycle trip. Jennifer was very helpful in directing me to the campsite and making sure I had what I needed. The wind turbine was a distinctive feature on this hilltop location.

Amazing Spot Near Green Peter Lake!
Our stay at @ Whispering Winds Farm exceeded all expectations and we will definitely book another stay! Our hosts Tim and Jennifer were there to greet us as soon as we arrived; they were friendly and chatted for a bit while showing us around and then gave us space to enjoy our experience. The amenities provided were better than public park camping and with less crowds! Contained firepits and ash buckets were provided and we had access to refrigerators for food storage as well as an indoor shower and toilet in the 'shouse'. Additionally, there were picnic tables and a portable toilet closer to the actual camping spots. The camping area was well planted with mature trees which provided shade and privacy from view of the hosts' main home. Another great HipCamp experience - thanks for reading!
