We have an amazing spot next to a beautiful waterfalls which includes outdoor kitchen, screened gazebo, 10 person canvas bell tent with queen bed, sauna and propane fire pit. Swimming nearby, canoe and kayak available. Hundreds of hiking/biking trails right out the front door. Many excellent restaurants nearby, groceries/gas/SAQ are a 1 minute drive. Truly a tranquil experience!Enjoy the sound of the Meech Creek Falls, have a sauna and relax in the hammock. Nearby hiking and biking and ski trails for 100s of kilometres. Also lots of great canoe, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming nearby. There are groceries and many excellent eateries just minutes away! Enjoy this private spa like adventure.

Beautiful Little Nook Near The City

What a beautiful little nook! Right beside a private waterfall, which you can wade in if you chose, the accommodation feels private and homey. At night, we watched the stars, while drinking a glass or two of wine, and listening to the rushing falls of Meech Creek. We also took advantage of the on-site sauna, cold shower, and hammock, which were so relaxing after biking 40 km from the city. Neal was kind enough to let us borrow the canoe, which we portaged (on wheels) over to the Gatineau River, which is gorgeous now with the fall colours, for a few hours of paddling. Overall, the accommodation is nicer than pictured, and has all things listed on the description. We'd love to return & would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing glamping experience in between Chelsea and Wakefield, QC!

Truly amazing

With pets

A little slice of heaven! The rushing water acted like a white noise machine, and with that mattress, I don't think I've ever slept so well in my life. Neal was super kind and helpful, and the space clearly reflected the pride he has in it. 10/10, will be back again.

Excellent stay ! Unfortunately we didn’t have the greatest weather but having the outdoor living area to sit and relax during the rain made all the difference! Neil was a great host . Didn’t get to enjoy the waterfall to much just due to rain and rushing waters a little dangerous but will be back another time to enjoy them! Thanks Neil !

Amazing relaxation retreat

This is our second year staying here and it was just as relaxing and magical as before. THe outdoor kitchen has everything you need to cook, the metal gazebo was perfect for keeping us covered one day while it rained, and the yurt was comfortable with additional blankets easily accessible. The waterfalls off the back of the property are the perfect way to relax and bathe in, providing white noise for seamless sleeping. It’s easily accessible to the grocery store, SAQ, and Gatineau trails - the perfect glamping reset, We will be back again and again!

A True Hidden Gem

Truly unbelievable! We spend the hot, sunny weekend cooling off playing in the creek, and taking in the view of the waterfalls. The water truly does feel like a massage when you situate yourself in the right spot! The amenities such as the outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, sauna, hammock, and propane fireplace were such nice additions, and we were truly impressed by the craftsmanship of it all. The site was clean and felt completely secluded, and we had the best sleep of our lives with the sound of the rushing water in the background. Neil was great, and is so generous to share this piece of paradise with others. Will definitely be back!

Over delivered

I was surprised by how great this experience was. Location is very convenient and somehow it also feels like real camping (glamping). Neal is a very thoughtful host and i enjoyed my stay 😊.
