Angler's & Vacationer's! Welcome to our Brand New constructed Tiny Home/Cottage located at Lake Hartwell near Broyles Boat Landing and Recreation Area in SC. This private cottage is located within a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive down to Broyles Boat Landing and Recreation Area on the big water of Lake Hartwell just off SC Hwy 24 & I-85, and Angler's, it just across from Green Pond Landing and Portman's Marina.
For you Angler's, make plans to stay at the Cottage, bring your boats and put in at Broyles Landing for some fishing Tournaments.
For the family get a wayer's, The Recreation Area has parking, grills, picnic tables, a roped off swimming area, fishing dock, playground area and a public restroom.
If you're visiting for a Clemson or Anderson college game, you are only 15 minutes away from both areas.
The Cottage! It is equipped with all you basic everyday essential.
The Kitchen - is a fully functional kitchen with Oven, Microwave, full size Refrigerator/freezer with Ice maker, Air Fryer, Crock Pot, Coffee Maker, Pots, Frying pans, Cooking, Eating and Baking utensils.
Living Room - Queen size leather sleeper/sofa couch and a leather recliner, setup to watch TV (Live sports and etc.).
Private Bedroom - Queen size bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and TV.
Ladder/Loft - (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE, but coming very soon!) with a two-futon sofa's for hanging out, reading, or just snoozing.
Bathroom - large Walkin shower, tall toilet and nice sized vanity and mirror.
Laundry Room - Full Size Stackable LG Washer and Dryer with a large folding countertop area.Full function cottage that is located just a few minutes walk from Broyles Recreation and boat landing on the Big Lake part of Lake Hartwell on the SC side. The Cabin has full size bathroom with walking shower. Washer and Dryer, complete kitchen, bedroom with Queen size bed and closet. Has a foldout queen couch that sleeps two adults on the main floor. It has a loft with (2) twin beds. The Cabin is located on a large private lot.
