Welcome to Montiques Studio, your home away from home nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge foothills between Landrum and Campobello. Our log-sided live-work building offers a cozy retreat for travelers seeking to explore the scenic wonders of horse country and the surrounding Upstate of South Carolina. Conveniently located near the Tryon Equestrian Center, Saluda, and Chimney Rock, our studio provides easy access to a myriad of attractions, including Lake Lure and numerous biking and hiking trails. As hosts, we reside in the apartment behind the studio, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Please note that due to our proximity to a local high school, arrival or departure during peak hours on weekdays may pose challenges, so we recommend planning your travel accordingly. For RV guests, we offer hookups to our 50/30 amp electric and water/sewer connections, ensuring a hassle-free stay. While generators are not permitted, our gravel parking pad provides ample space for your vehicle. We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so don't hesitate to reach out to us with any special requests or assistance you may need. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply looking to unwind in a tranquil setting, Montiques Studio welcomes you with open arms.The site is adjacent to woods and has a gravel base to park on with ample room for slides, awning, screened room etc. There is room to walk your pets but do ask that you have them on a leash and clean up after them. If you have a containment pen there is room for that also. We are both retired and do ask for quiet after 11 pm. We are non smokers and ask if you do please do so inside your camper. We are not experts but are willing to help if you need assistance, are new to camping etc. We do what we can to make your stay enjoyable.

James is incredibly kind and so willing to help with whatever you might need!! Lovely place. Close to Landrum, Lynn and Tryon. My dog was with me and that was no problem!
