We have an absolutely gorgeous 12 acres of mostly wooded and/or lakefront land on the West end of Lake Murray (Saluda River). As of 2023, we have 3 campsites and three cabins for visitors. We (me, my wife, and three kids) run this as our primary business and LOVE nature lovers and those seeking respite from their busy lives... It's NOT a place for loud parties--we are on Lake Murray behind the only super LOW bridge, which means there's virtually no boat traffic or noise back here. If you want to refresh, recharge or spend quality time with family or friends, we'd love to host you. *the low bridge also means if you bring a large boat you may need to use the marina or any of the free boat launches within a mile of our site... kayaks, canoes, john boats all fit under. :-)

Farmhouse I Fire Pit I Lake access
The farm house was cute and comfortable. Had most everything we needed. A picnic table and grill would have been nice. Note that lakeside does not mean lake view .

Campsite #1
Took my son here for his first over night camping trip. The host was awesome and very friendly. We loved the lake, shaded areas to place tent and wide open fields to star gaze. Everything went perfe t and we look forward to our next visit.

The Tree House On The Lake
Camped out for the weekend at the Treehouse campsite, which was beautiful. Property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large group. They did have two other campsites booked the second night we were there and the sites are pretty close together but arranged so that it is secluded enough to still feel private. You really can't beat the area if you want a peaceful trip away from the crowds. Jesse was super nice and checked in as soon as he saw us setting up to make sure we had everything we needed and even recommended another good place to go swim and kayak that was only a few minutes away. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

The Tree House On The Lake
A buddy and I stayed in the Treehouse while undertaking the western portion of the South Carolina Adventure Route on dual sports. Jesse was great and very hospitable, even though we got in later than desired due to a flat tire. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Campsite #1
We had a wonderful weekend with the kids camping on Jesse's land. The place is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife and listening to the owls at night. Would definitely recommend camping here. 😊

The Tree House On The Lake
Tenting with a built-in "plan B"
I loved camping on Jesse's land! We were greeted by the host on our arrival; to a peaceful, water accessible property with use of a private canoe so we didn't have to haul ours (there were a couple of kayaks too), a stack of wood that was worth the purchase (not skimpy like some campgrounds) for use in the generously sized fire-pit which we used for roasting marshmallows and also to sit by while star-gazing and watching fireflies from our site, which was spaced the perfect distance away from fellow tenters, and positioned on the edge of the woods with easy field/lawn parking- this all made for a VERY relaxing camping trip! Our site was primitive with use of a nearby porta-potty. The field and the water made bug spray a must. We stayed at the "Treehouse" which was a large sturdy wooden structure that has a roof over most of it. We set our 6 man tent up on the part that was not covered by the roof. It was tight but worked and gives an idea of size of the structure. Window-like openings on three walls and wide open on the side facing the woods, I consider it to be a well-built lean-to. And when the brief rain came through, we stayed dry while playing board games by lantern. When tenting is dependent on fair weather, it was comforting to know we had a site with a built-in "plan B".
