We are located on 11 acres. Wooded areas, hiking trails on-site. Perfect place to watch for deer and other animals including our 6 on-leash dogs! It is a train lover's dream because we are close to the tracks and enjoy watching the train come and go so much so that the conductor toots and waves to us!! The Santee State Park has many water activities, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There are several golf courses nearby, and a local restaurant/bar within walking distance which often offers trivia, karaoke, pool tables, and live music. Just be careful as you will be walking on the side of a main road as well as over train tracks. This is a laid-back quiet area near the state park, Lake Marion, golf courses, wildlife, and of course, trains!! You could tie a hammock in the trees and listen to the birds chirp you a lullaby. Sing your hearts out at Karaoke at the Oasis, and then sleep like a baby in the fresh country air. We have friendly dogs and welcome yours.

Great safe, private, spot off I-95
20 ft campervan
Super one-night spot just off I-95 in South Carolina. As soon as I pulled onto the property, Josh (Debra’s nephew) came out and welcomed me warmly. We walked a few of the sites available, and he encouraged me to take a particular spot based on my rig (a new spot he just made). The stay was fantastic! AT&T, 1-2 bars, and I was able to launch a hotspot on AT&T, streaming YouTube videos. The camp site is not far from some train tracks. I came in Friday afternoon around 4:15PM, and I left the next morning by 7:30AM. The train only came through during my stay one time, at 6PM. It was actually really cool!! You can walk up to the train tracks. According to Josh, there are some trails that can be walked too but I did not take advantage of them. Great stop …. Great for a good nights rest.

15 ft pop-up camper
Very accommodating and good communication. Definitely will return. It's not fancy, it's honestly good enough for spending the night and moving on.

Upon arrival I met Debra’s nephew, Josh -he introduced/walked me around the property and showed me places where I could camp… offered potable water and “waste-can” if I needed it… very personable and accommodating host. Great little overnight stay
34 ft travel trailer
We had a lovely 1 night stay, plenty of space for our 5th wheel camper and it was shady to keep our pups cool. The hosts were very kind. We were also able to fill our water jugs with their potable water before leaving which we really appreciated. ❤️
