Heather was very accommodating and sweet! She was knowledgeable of the area and was glad to offer advice or suggestions on things to do while we were there! For being so close to Hilton Head the price was right!

Disappointment Under the Oak Trees

First time using the app. This site was NOT what I expected. You park your trailer in this lady's front yard right off the road. She expects you to back it in between two oak trees. I asked for a pic of the site, but she never sent it. I suspect she knew I wouldn't have shown up if I knew what it really looked like. I did not stay there and just went to a local camp site. She also noted 30/50 amp with adapter. It was actually 15amp with your own extension cord that stretches across her yard to the house. Same with water. Definitely do your homework on this one so you are not disappointed.

Heather was very nice and more than willing to help make our stay comfortable. The site was ok but close to the street and under a lot of trees. Heather was very clear in her description about the trees and property and the 15v power. She even offered an extension cord to get the power to the camper as our 100ft wasn’t long enough. The amperage was insufficient as we were limited in our usage because we lost all power at one point and had to move to another outlet. As stated, Heather was VERY clear about what she offered and it was our choice to stay there but based on the low amperage and how far away the water hookup was, we wouldn’t do it again.

Heather was a wonderful host. So welcoming. Her land is very rustic and quiet. We were visiting friends in Hilton Head. We would recommend Heather’s property, and will stay again if in her area.

Rural campsite near town

Heather went above and beyond to communicate and make us feel welcome. We found her property to be close to the towns, yet rural, and peaceful We recommend her to any campers. Our Motorhome is 37”c towing a Jeep, and there was lots of room. We will come back next time we are in the area.
