If yo need sewer at the site check out my other lot "Close to Everything 2" No RV older than 2000 and must be in good repair.

Terrible experience!

Well, we pulled into our site about 1:55, check-in time was 2:00, I noticed that the power was not on at the site so I called the owner and he said he will be there within a couple minutes and guess what? I waited a full hour and a half until I tried to reach out to him again and he said he forgot, are you kidding me? This guy is an idiot! So now I waited another half an hour and called him and he said he will be there shortly and that he had opened up his garage for me through his app that he forgot about and I should go turn on the breaker. Let's be so ignorant and not worry about other people's plans! We could not even run our air conditioning or start to get ready or shower or anything, unbelievable. This was my first time using hipcamp, What a terrible experience! Now I know why I stick to State Park camping.

Eddie provided us w the safest, most beautuful, most calm HIP CAMP experience possible. In addition, our host was always smiling and welcoming to us and my Golden Retriever, service dog. Eddie and his huge, manicured yard rates an A+ and more! Sincerely, Dr. B. R. Cameron

Great site

My site at Eddies was perfect. Level, clean, host welcomed us. Site was easy to back into, and the property was immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay at Eddies while exploring the area.

Eddie was extremely friendly without being intrusive. His property was clean. I felt very safe. I traveled with a friend and her own RV and we both enjoyed the sites very much. Highly recommend

Eddie has done an excellent job of setting up three sites in his backyard. Two with full hookups. The location was ideal for us visiting a friend nearby and convenient to Charleston.
