Welcome to Shire Hill Grove! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 (exit 38 SC) in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm in nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close to 3 amazing historical cites, Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our sites offer beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with 2 full private baths. Washer and dryer, 30 amp hookups and water. We could even accommodate your equine friends if needed!

Nice secluded farm with easy access to I95. It was fun to see the horses, pigs and goats. One of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen at a Hipcamp/campground. There is donkey poop but did not diminish our camping experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Under The Oak

This is a wonderful place to stay. The bathrooms were impeccable, being able to do laundry (with the detergent right there!) and take a shower was icing on the cake. They also put a heater in the bathroom since the temp had dropped. Plus the adorable animals!

We can’t thank this RV campsite enough for their hospitality and kindness when we got stranded on Christmas Eve. We were traveling from Maryland to Florida for the holidays, but unfortunately, our journey was interrupted, and we didn’t make it in time for Christmas. The owners were incredibly understanding and allowed us to book last minute, which was such a blessing. The property was beautiful and well-kept, and the added charm of the farm animals made the experience even better! Despite the stress of the situation, we felt welcomed and cared for. It’s clear the owners go above and beyond for their guests. We’re actually writing this review from the mechanic while waiting for our RV to be fixed and reflecting on how much we appreciated the warm accommodation during such a tough moment. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay. Thank you again for your help!

Under The Oak

We loved camping at Under the Oaks! It is a beautiful farm with well mannered pets. We really enjoyed petting the donkeys and visiting with the goats and pigs. The land is beautiful and peaceful and the hooks ups were easy to access. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with both heat and air conditioning. Nichole was always available, most helpful and a great host! Highly recommend!
