Convenient/Quiet/Scenic Location
36 ft Class A
Dan and Ashley were very friendly and helpful with things to see and do in the area. The spot they had available was easy enough to get into and Dan had added recent fill to the rear driver side to help level out the pad. Electric was easily assessable as was water. It should be noted that sewage was available if a macerator is incorporated into the black tank...allowing a water hose fitting to be attached for drainage.

We loved staying at Dan's! We were in a huge transition of moving out of our apartment in Greenville and into our camper full time. He was kind and patient helping my husband back into the site and it was everything we needed for the week. The area is beautiful and quiet - we can't wait to come back.

Highly recommend!
26 ft Class C
This was a great experience! Loved the location. We got a flat on our way, so we only ended up staying 1 night instead of our planned 2, but it was a great set up. The host was super friendly and helpful. The pull in wasn't bad for us, but we have a tiny rig (22'). We would definitely stay here again if we went back to the area.

Great spot, super convenient!
38 ft travel trailer · With kids
We had a really nice stay on Dan’s land. The site is super close to Paris Mountain State Park which is just such a beautiful spot to visit. It was also just 15-20 mins from downtown Greenville so very convenient there as well. Dan was very accommodating and helpful. He has free wifi and the site was open enough that our Starlink worked great too! One thing just to note is that the back-in into the space is pretty steep. As long as you’re comfortable with your RV you should have no problem, but if you’re a new RVer with a very large rig you may have some trouble. Make sure you follow his directions to ensure you’re coming from the right direction.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful area
37 ft Class A · With pets
My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay on Dan’s property. Nestled off a quiet bend on State Park road the site is beautiful, peaceful and conveniently close to a lot of amenities and great locations, including being only a stone’s throw away from Paris Mountain State Park. Dan was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one, and it definitely was. I would recommend his hipcamp site for anyone looking to stay in the area. We will be back to stay again if the opportunity arises.
