So good, I stayed 2 more nights!!!
I loved my first night at Horse Creek so much that I stayed an additional two nights. Garrett and team do an excellent job with this getaway. The check-in process was super smooth and everything was explained so well that I never needed to contact staff. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean and a welcome amenity while on the road. This campground is in a beautiful valley right off one of the local highways with a picturesque view and easy access to the area's adventures. I will absolutely come back and stay here if I'm in the area ever again.

We camped here in our 40 ft fifth wheel RV and we liked it so much we extended our stay. The camp is beautiful full of natural sounding beauty but also well manicured and maintained ground with special touches like twinkling lights in the trees at night to shady hammock area. This location is great with access to Mount Rushmore,, Deadwood, and Sturgis. They have a quaint little supply store with a bar and cafe, laundry but much more. We had 50 amp hookup, water and sewer. The staff were awesome and friendly! We highly recommend the Horse Creek Resort!

Loved this site! It was a quiet and peaceful backdrop for a good nights rest while we were passing through Mt Rushmore to Badlands. Our dog appreciate the nice trails behind the camp. Bathrooms were clean and ample for our needs. Firepit (and firewood!) was a perfect touch. Would stay again!

We never made it do to weather. The road was washed out and we had turn around. It seamed like a beautiful spot we just could not make it. Crazy rain. That is camping , it was a expensive run to pay 2 times for a hotel and a campsite , but the host did say come the next night which was not possible. Still curious to see the land.
