I will be returning
Love this site. Amazing atmosphere, private, hiking trail, tons of ponderosa pines, friendly host!

We loved the property and surrounding area. We were very n such a great spot to be able to take easy drives to hot springs, mt Rushmore, Custer, and wind cave national park. They were very accommodating for anything we needed and would definitely stay again when we come back to the black hills!

Beautiful Place
Beautiful quiet place, nice shade, little to no flying bugs, water (not marked as potable) and power at site. Would stay again 100%. Service is iffy but there is WiFi and that worked great!

Great overnight stop for us, just a few minutes off the highway. You need to be comfortable with a mile or so of narrow hilly gravel road. We have a 26ft trailer with truck and wasn't an issue, but just a heads up. Quiet, wooded, shaded spot. Kiddo brought us some fresh eggs which was awesome.

So secluded and quiet! We slept so soundly. Water and electricity and sewer are right at every pad. Sam and his family also really helped us out in a pinch when our electrical cable bounced out along the road. There is a shortcut on Argyle, a dirt road, that gets you into Hot Springs without going so far around.

Great location
It was a great experience for my first Hipcamp trip. you are near the hosts home, but it felt very private and hidden away. Away from the crowds but still in the trees of the black hills.
I would definitely return
