Book by the end of March and get a Early Bird Discount! SLTABXED (10%) This hidden paradise has a waterfall that used to have a mill on it in the early 1900's. There are cliffs on each side of the creek making it the perfect spot for serene relaxation. Following upstream is an assortment of spots to pitch a tent. The most notable sites are surrounded by hemlock tree's and is peaceful when birds chirp over the small rapids echoing from the large overhang *I am in the process of making multiple sites but until I do so it is first come first serve. There are multiple sites at main campsite and along creek, I've had a private event of thirty people staying at once. There are also smaller spots next to waterfall, uphill near cliff and I've had people go below falls for some complete wilderness (blocked by gorge and waterfall). With this being said, I do offer private bookings and accommodate special events! *I travel for work, so I won't always be here, but I will send directions and details after confirmation and make sure all is savvy during. Please be respectful to one and another and let me know asap if any issues arise but truthfully everyone has been amazing and I thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know everyone! Thanks for your contribution in turning my dream into a reality! This hidden paradise has a waterfall that used to have a mill on it in the early 1900's. I'm not your maid, nor do I want people who can't respect the land.* *A Booking is only for one tent. You can add 2 more guests to original tent and a extra tent, up to 4 people, with booking. Any more than 8 people will need to be private camping, so should be discussed before booking is confirmed. I am open to feedback and am working to making a fair enjoyable experience for all parties!* *I'm a bout to do a lot of travelling, so I can't guarantee I"ll be there. This is the reason the price has jumped up, but rest assured all funds go directly back into building and maintaining a pleasant property for all guests.* *There are live cameras set up at my living quarters and at the entrance.  Recently someone has chopped and debarked a couple Hemlock tree's. I have not put cameras up at campsite, but if people don't respect the property I will be forced to do so. Thanks!*

Breathtaking Waterfall & Campsite
My family and I will look no further for the perfect place to set up camp! This was the first time my 9 year old son and I have ever gone camping and our experience couldn’t have been better! My husband has camped many times, in many different places, and he was as impressed with Scottie’s place as the two of us newbies. We feel extremely fortunate to have found this and are grateful to our host for welcoming others to enjoy the wonders this natural palace has to offer. We loved swimming at the waterfall, and exploring along the river. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful site and there is obvious effort made by the host to make this a great place to stay. It was peaceful and pleasant the whole trip. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful camp site, relaxing. Water fall was beautiful and an easy hike from the tent site.

Little retreat from it all
This was a lovely, beautiful, and peaceful spot, and we are all very fortunate that Scottie has opened up his space for us to use. You definitely need a 4WD vehicle, as the hill is steep and slippery after rain. Our older 4Runner handled it like a champ. We only stayed one of the two nights we booked since I realized I don’t sleep well with loud birds at night and probably don’t enjoy sleeping in a tent as much as I thought I did. Our dog and cat were thrilled to roam freely, and the little swimming hole was perfect for our dog to swim. I thought I could engage in a couple work meetings while at the site, but I didn’t have any service, even after walking up the hill. Cell service was not promised, so that was a risk I took that didn’t work out. If we stay here again, I would likely ask for better directions to the large waterfall in the pictures since we didn’t find it despite hiking around. I would also request more clarity on where to dispose of trash as we were leaving. For all the tent loving campers out there, this is a perfect spot to gather with friends or just enjoy some solitude.

Such a cool space to explore. We parked at the top of the hill and carried our stuff down in the wagon. The hill is steep/rocky but only a few hundred feet. Would come back!
