Discover our charming RV camping spot nestled in Music City Nashville. Our spot features a fully fenced lot with full hookups and outdoor space. Located in the Shelby Hills neighborhood, we're just a short 5-minute drive from downtown and only 4 minutes away from the Five Points Neighborhood in East Nashville. We're conveniently situated just 4 minutes from the Interstate 24/40/65.
Shelby Hills is a delightful neighborhood with a nostalgic suburban feel, offering a plethora of activities right within the community. From golfing, tennis, ball fields, disc golf, fishing and more, there's something for everyone to enjoy. You can also explore Shelby Park and Bottoms, a 1,300 acre park with countless trails and blueways, which is a short 5 minute walk from the house. Not in the mood to walk, you can access the Music City Greenway that passes in front of our house and extends up to 100 miles thru all of Nashville's parks and into downtown Nashville. You don't have a bike? There's a BCycle E-bike dock station which is 2 min walking distance from our house.
Other notable walking/E-bike/scooter distance attractions: Nissan Stadium (1.1 miles), Nashville Symphony Schermerhorn (1.6 miles), Ascend Amphitheater (1.7 miles), Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum (1.8 miles), Bridgestone Arena (1.8 miles), Ryman Auditorium (1.8 miles), Music City Center (1.8 miles), Fifth & Broadway Shopping Mall & Food Court (1.9 miles), and more.
It's important to note that my neighborhood has strict RV parking rules, including overnight parking on city streets. Given the high demand, RV campsites and lodges tend to book up quickly. If you're planning to visit Nashville with your RV, this is the place to secure a suitable spot in advance.
While our spot is not intended as a destination in itself, it provides a cozy retreat for your RV while you explore the vibrant city of Nashville. Our amenities include a landscaped yard with trees, 120V 30A & 20A electrical, water connection, sewer connection, outdoor bench as well as night lighting for added ambiance.

Other things to note:
Site #1 (25 ft Max RV Length) and #2 (24 ft Max RV Length) have an inclined driveway. Once you pull thru the secured 10' wide gate, your vehicle will be on a slope. However, the RV could be leveled out with the provided 7 ton HEAVY DUTY RAMPS. The ramps are only 25 lbs each which are easy to place behind your rear wheels. I've provided an example in the pictures.
On Site #2 only, there's a small toddler-sized play structure for the little ones and a set of swings at the top of the hill for added enjoyment.
Our property, including the camp site, is monitored 24/7 with security cameras; under special request the camera facing the driveway could be masked for added privacy. Dogs are allowed as long as they are LEASHED and cleaned up after when necessary on Site #1 only; Dogs are not allowed in Site #2. Please message me to see if we can accommodate your specific vehicle/situation.
Both gates entrances have a 4' feet gate leaf with a key pad to make it easy for the guest for constant in and out entry as you explore the city.
