Wonderful location
The location was perfect! Not too far from the heart of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We stayed at campsite 5. It was quite a bit un-level, so I do recommend bringing plenty of blocks to level your camper. We have a 36ft Class A RV and pulling an 18 foot carhauler trailer behind it. We had trouble getting up the hill over the bridge once you first turn onto Sam Ellis Way RD. We bottomed out our trailer & messed up our jack on the trailer. It was worse going back out when we left. So if you have a longer rig, take that into consideration. The campsite itself was lovely. The spot was peaceful & plenty of room for kiddos to roam & play. The river was a lovely view out of the windows of our RV. The location was perfect. I can't say that enough. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. When we got to the campsite, the 50 amp plug was not working, only the 30 amp was. I messaged Andrew and he came to see what was wrong very quickly. It was something an electrician would have to look at, so it didn't get resolved while we were there. We didn't think it would be an issue, bc it was cold and we weren't running both AC's, but being hooked up to 30 amps for as long as we where there did melt our camper plug & adapter a little. But the place overall was wonderful and we would stay there again for sure. I would recommend anyone wanting a more peaceful place to stay and not having campers stacked side by side like a typical RV Park, choose here. You won't be disappointed 🙂

The campground is clean, unkept, quiet and has all hookups. It’s off the main roads and secluded. Perfect for our 20 ft travel trailer.

This little campground had beautiful views of the river. The sites were well kept. They have bear proof trash cans which I’m sure is needed out there. The road to the site is very curvy and drops off right beside the road in many places.

I wish I lived here
10/10 would recommend staying here. The property is stunning and in close proximity to local attractions. The dogs loved the freedom of running down the hills and dipping their toes into the gorgeous river. We did not want to leave!

Lovely small private campground
Lovely private campground, super clean, everyone was friendly, great WiFi, and the location just a few miles (maybe 15 minutes) to Gatlinburg. The tiny homes looked adorable too so we definitely plan to come back and book one. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

This place is great. Everything is clean and well kept. Andrew is very responsive and helps in all ways. The only thing that could be tweaked is garbage space and pick up. May not even be in the owners control but trash could get crowded quick if all spaces were occupied. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Will definitely be back.
