We always have a blast at Howlin Hill! The owners are the sweetest and so accommodating, what an absolutely beautiful property!!

I camped at site 18 which was nice and cozy and offered a great view of the lightning bugs when the sun went down. The duck river was really busy with kayakers so I didn't feel as secluded as I normally like, but overall it was a great experience.

The experience was amazing. Close to the water. Not many people around. So beautiful. Love it and will definitely be back

Outstanding campground!
Jenny and Coleman’s land is absolutely stunning and clean as always. We love the laid back atmosphere and feeling like we’re on a vacation when we stay there. 10/10 would always recommend Howlin Hill! The riverfront is always our favorite place to hang out and let the kids and dogs enjoy the water. The showers are spring fed (so cool!) and are nice and cold after a long day in the sun. We will be back visiting shortly!

Nice natural campground along a beautiful river. We really enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to be there when the firefly’s were everywhere!

Comfortable, cozy, flat, wind block
The pitch tent area was extremely well kept by staff and fellow campers. Very unique and comfortable sites with flat space and some decent privacy. The entire area is really well thought out and makes for a really nice weekend of camping! The tree canopy around the entire site made for a wind resistant environment as well. Host was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions during my visit. My wife and I go to the Homestead Festival every year and this campground will be our new place to pitch tent going forward on our visit. 10/10 would recommend!
