Maryville College is 10 minutes away. About 20 minutes from Townsend (the peaceful side of the Smokies). 55 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the Sugarlands Visitor Center. Knoxville airport is 25 min away.

Serenity Hills

My wife and I had an extended stay on the property and it was absolutely wonderful. The hosts are very nice and helpful! We enjoyed the quiet time spent up on the hill and would definitely go back. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect, Easy, and Simple

We bought our travel trailer a few weeks ago and were wanting an easy spot for a test run. We couldn't have asked for a better spot! Everything we needed. The wifi that was available was amazing so we could watch UT beat Alabama 🏀 We hope to be back again one day! Thanks for the hospitality!

Serenity Hills

I loved this site! I wasn't there long while I was on a mini road trip but it was perfect for me. The driveway is steep and gravel. My car with 4wd handled it no problem, even with a small amount of snow on my way down. I loved seeing the cows and dogs and they made me feel less alone 🙂
