We have a working farm with sweeping views of Lookout mountain and only 12 minutes from all the comforts of downtown Chattanooga. Our expansive 120-acre property provides campers with the freedom to choose their camping spots anywhere on the farm. Farm animals include horses, cattle, hogs, chickens, goats, bees, stocked ponds, gardens and much more. We have strategically placed signs throughout the property to help you identify potential neighbors. If you desire the company of ducks, consider setting up camp near our picturesque duck pond. For those who prefer the rustic crowing of roosters to a phone alarm, we have four chicken coops dispersed across the farm. Our horses freely roam the front pastures. The cows enjoy grazing on lush grass and taking refreshing dips in the ponds. They also relish watching the sunset from the hill's vantage point, as it offers the best view on the farm. We are a working farm with staff tending to various jobs throughout the day. We have a map to show some of the popular locations campers have enjoyed in the past, but it is first come first serve. We intentionally leave some of our fields uncut. In some fields, the grass can come up above the knees. If you are picky with the grass, these are pastures on a farm and we do not cut them. We leave that to the animals to take care of. All of our staff are super friendly and happy to help guide you to the best camping spot and answer any questions. In searching for your campsite please note that there may be livestock in and around certain areas as we rotate pastures. Please respect farm rules and do not camp in a pasture with cattle and do not enter any gated area without speaking to someone on the farm who knows which fields the cattle is in. Potable well water can be located from the blue spigot outside of the staff housing area. Fire rings and chopped wood are ready for you to borrow and return by the outdoor shower area. Our outdoor shower is located by the yurts. If you are interested in a more posh experience, we have yurts and tiny homes for rent. We have a pool that is available to rent privately during your stay. You can use the Swimply app to book your time or you can message us through HipCamp, and we can set that up for you. It is $24 a hour. Embracing farm life is not just an adventure but also a valuable learning opportunity, whether you're a family or an individual seeking a taste of the countryside lifestyle. Farm Camp 10 min from Chattanooga

This year we are trying to camp in 6 different states with each camp being a different type of camping. This will likely be the most primitive type of camping we do as we have 4 kids with high needs. That being said, for the kids and me it was a very enjoyable experience. We recently got 2 four month old puppies and they were living their best life along with the kids. All of the animals really added to the experience, my children were very excited to see so many different animals. The kids enjoyed hiking the property long after the adults just couldn't go anymore. The showers were hot and the toilets were clean which helped make the other "primitive" features of the pasture camping more bearable. You are very close to 2 gas stations and a dollar general so don't worry if you forget anything. You are also quite close to Chattanooga if you want to participate in different activities there. The camping style is very laissez-faire so we only had 1 interaction with the property owners, that being said they were quite pleasant.

Farm Camp 10 min from Chattanooga

We absolutely loved our stay at Quail Run Farms!! We camped here and enjoyed a different, unique camping experience than what we are used to. Everything about this place was great: the bathrooms, outdoor shower, and staff! Highly recommend and excited to have fresh eggs, honey, and beef from the farm! Definitely will be coming back

Farm Camp 10 min from Chattanooga

Can’t wait to come back!

This place was nuts what I needed after a weekend at the homesteading festival in Columbia TN. Great way to see how a working farm REALLY WORKS! The yurts were great! Outdoor shower w hot water was great! Outhouses with flushing toilets great! Big fire pit, volley ball net, cornhole! Lots to do in the area! Visited alpacas up the road at Rosie’s coffee shop, I also brought home some of their amazing honey and ground chicken and sausage!!! I’ll be back!! Wish yall were closer!!! God bless you the animals and the land you’ve been given to flourish!

Farm Tiny Home #3 - 15 min to Chatt

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in tiny house 3! The view was peaceful, hosts were kind, pool was amazing. Definitely recommend. Was nice to be able to buy their meat and eggs.
