Welcome to White Oak Landing! Experience THE GRAND VIEW. As you drive through White Oak Landing and arrive at your beautiful half-acre double RV lot on the banks of the Kentucky Lake/TN River near Clifton, TN. Enjoy the convenience of a fully fenced lot for your furry friends. Take a leisurely walk down the steps to your private beach/landing area, where you can fish, swim, or simply relax on the sandy shore. Utilize the picnic table and gather your family and friends around the fire pit for a cozy evening. Feel free to bring your toys for added fun - whether it's boats, skis, paddleboards, or canoes, there's plenty of space to enjoy them here. Additionally, there's a private boat ramp in the community along with a public park for your convenience. The price is $75 per night. I also offer monthly and long-term rentals at $60 per night. This rate includes electric, sewer, and water. The lot can accommodate any size RV or trailer, equipped with 2 x 50-amp outlets and 2 x 30-amp outlets, and 110, as well as 2 septic hookups. The lot size is 60x240. If you have family or friends who would like to join you and use the second set of hookups. Please contact/message me directly. The Grand View Riverfront Campsite

great time

the place was great. After making my reservation, Andrew stayed in touch. He had done improvements on the property and wanted to let me know and he checked regularly to make sure everything was great. Version was okay, but he also has wifi capabilities. We were able to watch netflix with ease. The river is just a walk down a nice set of stairs. The river is slow moving so its easy to swim, float or stand around and play with my dogs. His place is really dog friendly. I have large and small his fence was prefect for holding them at the campsite. We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina and could have right at our campsite for the day. Barges come by regularly and we have even seen a couple of helicopters flying low along the river that was a treat. The sunrise, sunset and star gazing are all possible from his place. It was also easy in and out at his place. we have a 45 ft fifth wheel and our friends rented his second connection and they have a 37 ft Motorhome. We both fit under his cover with probably 30 feet between us. Awesome time.
