Tri Mountain View Campground is located in the Northeast corner of Tennessee in the town of Shady Valley. With an elevation of 2,800 feet, Shady Valley is the second highest town in Tennessee. It is just 26 miles from the Bristol Raceway and the Bristol Caverns. It is just a 15 minute drive to Backbone rock and a short drive to the Appalachian Trail. The property was a Dairy Farm and went out of business in the late 90’s and since then there has been over 3,000 trees planted. Some of these trees include the rare Butternut and Hazelnut, but mostly White Pine, Walnut and Oaks. The property has approximately 1,000 feet of fishing on Beaver dam creek, so we recommend bringing waders. Site5 Sky Hammock-Canopy Site

Spent another great night at this site! Lots of shade and endless hammock spots available. We appreciated the canopy and lights as well. Thanks for sharing your land with us!

We had a great time at Walter's Hipcamp! We had everything we needed and more. I was so grateful for the wifi too! It's in a great location for visiting the area. Beautiful spot with amazing views!

Site5 Sky Hammock-Canopy Site

This site was perfect! We had a great time at this Hipcamp. We were thrilled to have all of the amenities offered (showers, flushing toilets, washer and dryer, and wifi)! Beautiful spot and views!

Site 3 The Yurt

Tim cares for campers here!

Tim came for his routine visit to inspect and maintain the campground in the evening. We talked for a long time. He cares about campers. For food cooked on the grill, Shady Valley Country Store hours are 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
