6.3 acres is open land filled with shrubs and sandy dirt. At night the stars seems so close that you could touch them. The Guadalupe Mountains are 13 miles away in direct sight from the property. Activities include: camping, relaxing, hunting (hunting license maybe required), hiking, and 96 miles to the City of El Paso, TX for city fun.Relax on Raw land off the grid 3 miles from town (Dell City, TX). Great for hiking at the Guadalupe Mountains 13 miles away. NO NEIGHBORS !!!!!!!!! BBQ, Party, just do whatever you like as long as it’s legal😉! There’s a hour plus drive to the Eastside of El Paso, TX for supplies, great people, and great food!!!!

It’s a plot of flat land.
Tent
I wouldn’t stay here again. To be fair; the description isn’t inaccurate. However, it’s a plot of land that’s hard to locate, there’s a man living on it in an RV who came over to talk to us, absolutely no amenities, and junk all over the place. I stayed here because I was in a pinch and I learned my lesson.

Tent
Do not recommend. Host is very nice but is unable to give proper directions on the location of his land. We were unaware if we were even camping on the correct site. Land was not cleared, brushes everywhere. Finding a spot to camp was difficult, and vehicles were damaged.
