Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Quiet natural location away from the busy city. Located on a private access uneven dirt road so a 4x4 vehicle or truck is recommended. There is a firepit but please burn inside the cinder blocks area and keep it under control (not too big). Do not burn when it is windy. There is plenty of branches and wood to use for the fire pit. Please make sure to completely put fire out when done.
There are 6 acres and you are welcome to camp anywhere where is space available, in the open areas or in the woody areas in the back.
We have a RV barn area that can be used for shade, sitting, eating, relaxing, etc. There are open spaces and you can use the tables and chairs. There is also a white 5 gallon water container on the table that you can use for washing.
There is a 32 gallon trash bucket that you can put trash in but make sure lid is closed when you're done to keep animals out.
This site does not have electric power nor running water so please plan accordingly.
There is currently not a toilet available but I'm planning on building a composting toilet soon. For now, use the natural way and make sure to bury.
For security, there is one camera on the property located near the front entrance. It mainly just monitors the front entrance area.
This site can also be used for long term parking/storing your RV or vehicle but we are not liable for anything that happens. If interested, please contact me. The RV barn currently already has a RV inside it so that space can't be used. Our long-term plan is to also make the RV reservable but we would need to install an in ground septic system and electricity.
Disclaimer: The area is located in nature. There could be all kind of animals like deers, insects, and even snakes. I haven't seen a snake yet but it doesn't mean they aren't there.
