Water and septic included. This beautiful property also comes with a fenced in dog yard, so bring the pups.Enjoy the beach during the day and come back to a quiet, private two acres on the bayou. Light a camp fire, throw a fishing line, launch the boat or kayak from your private dock while your dog rest easy in a shaded dog run. Texas bayou at its best!

Bella's on the Bayou was amazing. Good fishing and a beautiful scenery that was perfect for the family. Tons of land for the kids to run around and still private. Thanks, David, for everything. We'll see you again in the spring. Sincerely, Chris & Hannah
