This property was farmed by the Tawakoni Indians hundreds of years ago.We purchased this land as a place to retire,since we have always been entrepreneurs we decided to grow watermelons and this next year we are venturing to do also vegetables. We also donate many many pounds to homeless and orphanages. We love helping our community. Learn more about this land: We have the biggest FIRST MONDAY IN THE USA “CANTON” it is 12 miles directly south of the farm. You can find anything you like there, arts and crafts, home made items, farm equipment, dog,cats,ducks,chickens and horses. Various other things, you can go to their website firstmondaycanton.com . We also have Lake Towakani State Park 10 minuets gram the farm.
