My husband and I have built 100% of our homestead ourselves, with no hired help and we try to use as much recycled materials as possible. We're fully off grid with solar power, rainwater, and and it's a lifestyle that we both enjoy very much.

Airstream Glamping Private Spot
Such rejuvenation from a one night stay. Fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast were a plus. And they really put attention to detail in setting up the place. I really enjoyed myself and look forward to returning.

Eco Friendly Cabin Retreat
This was our second visit, the first time we stayed in the Airstream. I loved every minute of the peace and quiet. Great bird and nature watching. The cabin was very comfy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and I loved the line dried towels. We will be coming back again for a treehouse adventure. Thank you!

Solar Eclipse Tent Camping
Marlena and Eugene were excellent hosts. We had a great time chatting with them and hanging out. Their land is beautiful and has several trails with signs and markers, so you won't get lost. Definitely check out the ancient oak tree. We've never seen a tree with branches like that. They had an area set aside for tent camping for the solar eclipse. The spots were laid out nicely and had plenty of room. String lights between the trees added a nice ambience. There is a covered area with outlet strips to charge devices. The shared kitchen has plenty of room and all the utensils and pots and pans needed to make meals. Plenty of fridge space as well. Bathrooms and showers are nice and clean, better than any campsite we've been to and nicer than a lot of hotels even. For the eclipse, I was able to set up my telescope on the east side of the campground in a nice clearing. At night you have a great view of the stars. It was also nice seeing/interacting the cats they have around and their chickens! We definitely will visit again and highly recommend them!

Hill Country Camping
We had a great time. Beautiful facility. The tent camping had plenty of shade. Our hosts were graciously helpful and there were lots of nice amenities, especially the kitchen and rest rooms.
