Whether you're traveling with a large RV or opting for a tent, we have plenty of room for all. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the charming downtown of Sulphur Springs and a mere 5 minutes off the highway, we offer easy access to all amenities. Plus, our location is ideal for witnessing the solar eclipse. Don't miss out on this perfect retreat.Come breathe easy and enjoy the spectacular views! Our guests enjoy watching our mini cows, Bessie and Oreo, along with their babies and our miniature horse roam 5 of our 6 acres. As well as our many red birds, hawks and other wild birds like our frequent roadrunner and woodpeckers! . We have smaller sites for campers and larger spots for full size RVs. Our mini-acres are surrounded by 100s making for peace, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are a stone's throw from Interstate 30 and 10 minutes from the cutest downtown in Texas!
