I love to meet new people who are traveling through my area! Learn more about this land: I'm not in the middle of nowhere, but my neighbors all have at least 3-5 acres.  It's always quiet out here, except for the birds and occasional coyote in the distance.  I have what Hipcamp calls a flexible cancellation policy.  Simply cancel on the site 24 hours prior to your check in for a full refund.I'm not in the middle of nowhere, but my neighbors all have at least 3-5 acres.  It's always quiet out here, except for the birds and occasional coyote in the distance.  I have what Hipcamp calls a flexible cancellation policy.  Simply cancel on the site 24 hours prior to your check in for a full refund. A short stop on a long road trip.
Tent
Nice quiet spot in Texas. Camped under the shade tree because it was quite hot in Texas that day. Thank you for your hospitality Mary. If I ever need a spot to camp again on future road trips, I will keep you in mind. Thanks again. -Blake

Quiet Beautiful Property!
Tent · With kids
Mary was so sweet! We were driving through to pick up our RV travel trailer and all the campsites nearby were closed due to flooding. I booked this site and headed right over. It was such a a beautiful property and the weather was wonderful too. I got the best sleep I'd had on that whole trip while in the tent on her land. Thank you, Mary, for such a wonderful experience!

Perfect Absolutely Perfect
20 ft travel trailer
What can I say it was a very beautiful spot, a very nice country setting with lots of wild flowers in the adjacent fields surrounded with lots of trees... We stayed there for 3 days for the 2024 eclipse along with several others families.. Mary was a perfect host she even had coffee and blueberry muffins which were great. I had looked at several other locations and am glad I picked Quiet Spot on 3 Acres. Will be staying here again when were passing thru.

We had a great couple of nights camping at Mary’s place. The location is so peaceful—we really enjoyed the wildflowers and variety of songbirds. Mary is a kind and welcoming host, delighting in people of all ages and interests; plus she’s just a really fun, adventurous lady whom I could’ve chatted with for hours! The bonfire was also great fun. Should I ever be in Kaufman again, I’ll certainly be back!
