We're happy that we can open up our land for campers. Before booking please read the following information and site descriptions. We operate a pecan tree nursery and Pecan Orchard. On the south side of the farmhouse is a 80-year-old huge pecan tree. You can enjoy wooded walking paths in the 90-acre forest and pastures, ponds and wildlife, including deer, wild hogs, hawks, owls, roadrunners, doves, cardinals, jays, woodpeckers, mockingbirds, and many other species of birds. Small mammals such as armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels are often seen, and the property is also awesome for stargazing. Please watch out for snakes, scorpions, pesky mosquitoes and ticks. This land has been a huge blessing to us and we hope you will enjoy your stay here. Arrival time should be no later than 9pm. Please inquire before booking if your arrival time might be later. Site 2 - Sandy Ridge Camping

Cody and Ingrid‘s property was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, my stay got rained out on the first day and I wasn’t able to keep my booking. BUT!… Ingrid was extremely helpful and hospitable. My phone got drenched in the downpour and stopped working. They made me feel very welcome in their home while I borrowed their phone to call family and make other arrangements. I could really feel that they wanted to make sure I was OK. Absolutely wonderful family. I will definitely be booking them again in the future (fingers crossed the weather is more in my favor next time!)

Spot #2

Ingrid was awesome, very friendly and the campsites were all very private. We stayed in spot #2 and it was really nice! You can also purchase pecans and farm fresh eggs if you want! We bought some pecans and they were great! I would definitely go back! Thanks again Ingrid!

Beautiful place, fully private. Bathrooms are really nice. You truly feels you are in the middle of nowhere, just surrounded by nature.

Lovely campsite. Quiet, bright moon. I arrived late and left early, but would love to stay again. Ingrid was very kind and communicative! She even gave me a toothbrush :)
