Nestled 5 beautiful acres in a spread out horse neighborhood. This property sits where you can see amazing Mountain views on one side, and red rock plateaus and lava rock on the other.
Set in Dark Sky Community, it has amazing stargazing. 5 minute drive to the entrance of Zions National Park, Kolob side, and a short drive to many other amazing hiking areas like Kanarraville Falls, Red Rock Canyon, and Bryce Canyon NP, and the main Zions National Park entrance.
Quiet, secluded, and safe. Easy access from the neighborhood to BLM land, and endless trails. Stream bed down the road to explore by foot, horse, or ATV. (Street legal ATV/UTVs can drive on the roads here, so you can take off right from the camp spot).
There is now a porta-potty available on the property! Please “leave no trace” principles. Thanks!Within a 5 minute drive to Zions/Kolob entrance, in a dark sky community for amazing star gazing. This is one of the most private properties in this spread-out neighborhood, and boasts amazing views of Kolob Canyon and Pine Valley Mountain. Our camp site is completely private on the top of the hill of our 5 acre property, nestled in between trees and bushes. You’ll have 5 acres all to yourself. Feel free to explore! There are some flat areas to set up camp and enjoy the amazing views, abundant nature, and bright stars in this dark sky community.
We request you pick up trash and what you brought in. Bring your own water. No fires allowed, as this is a high-risk area! The gravel driveway going up the hill is somewhat steep, so 4 wheel drive is recommended if you’re pulling a trailer. (Driveway is fine for 2WD vehicles to drive up). There’s enough excavated space on top of the driveway to turn a trailer or RV around.
Self-check in, at any time during reservation. I live nearby and am usually available to help if you forgot anything or need assistance!

Very large, Wenzel Great Basin, 10 person tent.
This can fit a Queen and full and single air mattress, with room to spare for bags, etc.
Product description: “ Spacious and weather-resistant, the Wenzel Great Basin 18-by-10-foot dome tent sleeps up to nine campers in its two rooms, making it ideal for large families or smaller families with lots of gear. The Great Basin is made of rugged, weather-repellent Weather Armor polyester with a polyurethane coating for reliability, helping it keep water out and warmth in. The sonic-sealed polyethylene tub-style floor, meanwhile, is welded and not sewn, eliminating needle holes that might otherwise attract water seepage. And campers will love the variety of ventilation points--including two mesh back-to-back D-style doors and two polyester mesh windows--all of which are aided by an updraft ventilation system that improves the overall airflow.
The Great Basin is also easy to set up, with a shock-corded fiberglass frame and a pin-and-ring system. And when it comes time to hit the sheets, you can either create one huge sleeping room or roll down the divider curtain to create two separate rooms. The rooms can function as individual bedrooms for the campers or as a sleeping room and living room. Other details include two gear lofts for storage, two hanging pockets, a removable fly with a hoop frame over the door, and a storage duffel.”
Super convenient if you are planning a hike at Kannaville falls, Kolob Canyon or Spring Creek Canyon

Sarah was amazing. She looked out for us by providing a larger tent to fit the air mattress. The add on was great since I was with a new camper! Site was good with great views of the sky. Real close to Zion National Park.

Safe and Private Spot to Camp
16 ft car
I really appreciated being able to car camp on this property! As a solo female traveler, I felt secure here and slept very well. There are multiple spots to choose from and the directions provided were clear. This property is a quick detour off of I-15 and I found it to be very convenient. Thank you for offering your property to Hipcampers, Sarah!
