This is a covered parking spot for a van or trailer/camper. Included with parking comes amenities such as: Laundry, bathroom/shower, and use of our common area amenities such as our hot tub, cowboy pool, hammocks, ping pong table, dog park and more! It is the perfect spot for recouping and washing. There are plugs currently, however we do not recommend using them as they have blown surge protectors and need to be fixed.This is a large carport with a very high ceiling. It is located on a boutique hotel site. You have access to laundry, shower, and all of our common space amenities including: Hammocks, hot tub, cowboy pool, BBQ, ping pong table, fire pit, & more! This is perfect for the van life when you need a spot to wash,

Worth Staying Again

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, and fun place with lots of room. WiFi too. Madison, who was looking after property was very nice and helpful. Brought our 9’5” Sprinter van which is 19.5 feet long. Fit perfectly into covered space. Electric hookup - plug, worked well. Nice to have shower and toilet plus washer/ dryer, and Kanab city has a very nice laundry facility, abundant with machines that uses only quarters. Bring with you. Kanab is a great town.

Easy Peasy spot!

easy parking, great little hangout area with hot tub and hammocks. Host was responsive, even though never met. Appreciate the instant book and being able to pull in around 9 PM. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Mixed feelings

Not as private as we thought

We contacted Comnigo Vacation Rentals at the last minute and were grateful we had a place to stay. We stayed under the carport where our truck and 3-man tent fit. We had use of a bathroom with shower which was just for our use. What we did not know was that this property is also a multi-unit Airbnb so other guests are sharing the site - hot tub etc. In talking with the other guests who had use of the house and other units they did not know what Hip Camp was. Full disclosure to everyone is important. We had our pup with us and there is a nice, enclosed pet playground but the foxtails were everywhere outside of the play area,

Great spot!

22 ft travel trailer

What a great spot! Right in downtown Kanab near everything. If you’re in your RV or even just tent camping I would highly recommend this place. The backyard is a wonderland of relaxation and amenities. The dog park is small, but perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after long days. There are enough hammocks for 8 people, a grill, a propane fire pit, horseshoes/cornhole, and an excellent bathroom and laundry room. The hosts were super friendly and responsive while ensuring we had everything we needed. This is the first place I will look for when I return to Kanab!
