Learn more about this land: Welcome to Grateful Acres Vermont, a 420 friendly, Grateful Dead inspired camping destination in the heart of the Green Mountains. We have space available for tents, campers, and trailers. Kayaks available to rent for use at the reservoir located just up the road. WE ARE NOT A COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, just a family with some land in Vermont that we would.like to share. PLEASE OBSERVE THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT

What a hidden gem! Definitely one of my favorite hip camp spots yet. The views were amazing, the field was lovely, and I have never been in such a clean and comfortable outhouse! The host was kind and responsive. I look forward to coming back again ! :)

This was a spectacular trip! We camped in early October and not only was Stephanie an amazingly friendly host, her hospitality was lovely. The views were breathtaking and the location was quiet. I cannot wait to return!

Daydream Cabin
Daydream cabin!
We stayed in the day dream cabin with our two pups. It was so peaceful and it was the perfect time of year to go! Highly recommend. We will be back :)

Mars Hotel Tent
This spot is gorgeous! Beautiful meadows with mountains all around. We loved our tent- comfy bed, and nice little touches to to make it glamp :) Stephanie was a great host and has done a lovely job with this land!
