You have your choice of camping with your van or small RV, small trailer or tent, in a level, forested area (not lakeside) with picnic table and fire pit, or tenting lakeside with water views, picnic table and fire pit, or both! You have access to both, one reservation comes with both spots, so you can enjoy the lakeside regardless of where you sleep. Vehicles cannot reach the tent site, it is a steep trail about a 150 feet. Although our campsite is near the lake, you cannot drive to the water from the campsite. It is a steep, short hike down to the water. There is one canoe at the campsite you are free to use. Bring your own bring canoes, kayaks and/ or paddle boards to enjoy the superb water. There are no motor boats on the lake, so the paddling and swimming is great. There are three private homes on the lake, adjacent to where your site it located so we ask that no loud partying, play music only quietly and no generators. There are no campers on either side of your campsite, we only offer one, campsite. There is a nice, clean outhouse and no other amenities (Tier D in HipCamp-speak). No on site water but it can be obtained at our house, just ask. We have a dog on the property, who is friendly and off leash. If having a dog come visit would be a problem for you, please don't make a reservation. If you plan on bringing a dog please let us know. Green River / Hyde Park Tent, Sm RV
Elisa's little hideaway is pretty special. It's a short walk down to the water with canoe access to one of the most private feeling lakes in New England. She was great to communicate with and the site is very private feeling.

10/10!
Elisa's campsite was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Not only did we have access to the entirety of both sites. But it was private and so peaceful. Elisa was a very accommodating host, willing to lead us to the campsite after dark. Our favorite part was the access to Green River Reservoir with Elisa's canoe. We would most definitely come back here!

Elisa’s spot on the Green River Res is so perfect! You have an amazing water-side spot to pitch your tent and enjoy the shade coverage on a hot day. Town is not far, where there are some great hikes. It’s a steep walk down to the *amazing* spot by the water, but so worth it. We can’t wait to come back!
