We live on 52 wooded acres in a natural area surrounded by lakes and ponds just 14 miles north of Montpelier VT, our state capital. We are located on the Green Mountain Gravel Growler bike packing trail and have lots of hiking , biking, boating and swimming opportunities nearby. Our amenity's include a bath house, One 30 amp RV site and 4 tent/small RV non electric sites. We are 100% solar powered and have WIFI but no cell service. We cater to small quiet groups who can enjoy our peaceful setting. We are a family friendly, non smoking campground. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, no Generators.

Shady Hammock site 4

Thanks for the warm welcoming John, after a long bike day! We loved the place, it was really great to take a hot shower. It was calm, the place was useful with the water directly on the camp, we can also charge our devices as well. We woke up with the birds sounds, pretty nice!

Garden View site 2

Our first hip camp experience was perfect! Great hosts! Beautiful view. Cute and clean bath house. Loved the quiet and nature! Can’t wait to come back to spend some more time.

RV Site 1

Excellent camp site!

Great site and great folks running it. We’re glad To have discovered this gem! We’ll definitely be back to set up a base camp for some gravel biking adventures this summer. The owners clearly take pride in their property and we highly recommend this site. Thank you, Jon and Ann, for your hospitality!

Glamp Site 3

Quiet nights under lots of stars

We loved tent camping at site #3. We came early in season and had the whole place to ourselves. It was perfect. Jon & Ann are great hosts.

Meadow Site 5

Great spot along Gravel Growler

This is my second time visiting this wonderful Hipcamp. I love how site 5 is tucked away on it's own from the other sites. Very private and quiet but still close enough to walk back to the WC. Thanks for being such an incredible Hipcamp Hosts, Ann & Jon!

Meadow Site 5

Quite spot away from the city

Us southerners underestimated how cold we would be! Haha. We enjoyed our stay at site 5. Our boxer pup sure had fun roaming the site. The directions get you to the site. Beware, you will lose service! It is a hike from Site 5 up to the shower/toilet area. It is worth it! It’s basically a tiny bathroom that is very well up kept. There is a hummingbird feeder attached so you may be lucky enough to see a hummingbird. Be respectful of other campers and take a brief shower! We also appreciated the trash receptacle too.
