It has been a few years since we stopped hosting campers at Samsons Gully, but we're back and looking forward to meeting new and old friends. Samsons Gully is a working cattle farm nestled in a stunning private valley. If you are after peace and tranquillity this is where you will find it. We have a national park on one side of us, and the Cudgewa Creek flowing along our front boundary. The property is perfect for mountain biking, bushwalking, fishing or just plain relaxing. The favourite camp site is on the banks of the Cudgewa Creek. However, there are plenty of places to camp in the bush for those wanting more seclusion. Samsons Gully is a perfect base to explore the Upper Murray. 20 minutes away is Corryong where there is an IGA, service stations, dump point, Dr and hospital, pubs and cafes. 10 minutes away is the Cudgewa pub who do dinner Wednesday through to Sunday evenings. Our property suits fully self contained campers only as there is not toilet or shower. Dogs and horses are welcome but must be well behaved and kept close to your camp site as this is a working cattle property. Due to council regulations we can only open one site up at a time. This ensures that your time here will be exclusive, peaceful and private.Park your van or set up your tent, light your campfire and grab your favourite drink. Sit back, relax and soak in the tranquillity. Our favourite camp site is on the banks of the Cudgewa Creek. However there are also plenty of places to camp in the bush for those wanting more seclusion. No amenities, suits self-contained campers with own toilet and shower. Due to council regulations we are only offering one camp site, the benefit of this is that you get the whole place to yourself. No neighbours, total privacy.

We had a brilliant time over 3 days in the middle of summer. The creek was such a welcoming sight. Fresh water which kept us nice and cool through the heat of the day. Close to Corryong town which had all that we needed. Excellent hosts. Can be accessed by 2WD in summer. We are definitely coming back for another camp soon. Thank you Mark and Louisa for a lovely stay.

Fantastic spot
Georgeous spot to camp at. We had a refreshing swim on a hot day, and the stars at night were unreal. Mark and Louisa were really nice to chat to and showed us to the camping area.

Everything about this place was amazing! Not only were Mark and his family super inviting, but they were so lovely to have a chat to. The camping area is beautiful, the creek is so clear and calming. The drive to and from the property as well was like something out of a film, so picturesque It is exactly what we needed. Would strongly recommend this to anyone who needs a break

Very spacious area, 2wd accessible easily. If you're coming from up north of the Hume highway the GPS might take you down four mile lane, it's all 2wd accessible as well and beautiful scenery. I got stuck with some bad weather but this place is beautiful and if you can get there on a warm sunny weekend you won't be disappointed
