Centrally located just a pleasant short stroll from the heart of Mansfield, this private and quiet site (1 only) overlooks a small blueberry plantation and gardens for you to explore. A great base for all your High Country activities, be it exploring the town and its history, snow activities in the winter or days by the lake in summer, there is something for everyoneOur van site is picturesque and peaceful. Located just on the edge of town, and a pleasant stroll into Mansfield. Explore the cafes and a great range of restaurants and stores in town or explore the great outdoors with Lake Eildon and the alpine region at your doorstep. Camp site is well levelled, gravelled and surrounded by grassed areas, site booking includes convenient access to town mains water and 10 amp power point.

Less than 30 amps. 1 regular power point is available. We provide a fused 15 amp adaptor plug so there are no issues with electrical cables/plugs..

On-property hookup. Mains water tap is located less than 5 meters from site, don't forget your tap fittings as ours are often misplaced!

No sewage hookup

Hipcampers will need to be self sufficient for toilet sewerage disposal, there is a dump point conveniently located a few minutes away in Mansfield. Please bring suitable sullage hose for sink/shower waste water.

No TV hookup

BYO television and internet services and equipment.

Generators not allowed

We are on the edge of a residential area and provide power so would prefer no generators. Definitely no generators between 5.30pm and 9 am please..

Great spot, quiet and exactly what we were looking for. Close to town, close to attractions like Mt Stirling and Mt Buller, will stay there again when next through Mansfield with our caravan. Host was fantastic, great setup - and his fresh berries you can add to the order, are an absolute must :-)

We had a fantastic stay at this Hipcamp! The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The site itself was exceptionally clean and offered plenty of privacy, making it a peaceful retreat. One of the best aspects was the location—it was close to town, which made it convenient for any necessities, yet it remained quiet and serene. We felt like we had the best of both worlds! Overall, we highly recommend this Hipcamp for anyone looking for a well-maintained, private, and conveniently located camping spot with a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, close to town and good for day trips to Mount Buller, Jamieson River, King Valley etc. Site is in a private location overlooking blueberry bushes. Timmo, Emily and Family are excellent hosts. They are friendly, informative and made us feel at home. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay, close to town!

Camping at The Little Berry Farm was wonderful. This site is private and large and overlooks the berry bushes. Was a great size for our large caravan and still had plenty of space for the kids to run around. Very close to town, which is a big plus. Timo and family were wonderful hosts, they provided fantastic directions and information about the local area.
