Paradise falls
Everything was perfect! I’m so happy we got to experience this magical place. The cat tails was isolated and private with beautiful views. It was easy getting around, and the campsite is stocked with just about everything so we didn’t need half the things we packed. We cannot wait to come back and try out all the different camp sites

Beaverdam Falls, Sweet Springs
We had such a wonderful time here and were so impressed with how thoughtful the hosts were with the landscape and amenities. Truly a blessing they allow access to this magical place. We enjoyed taking dips in the pool of the waterfall, exploring the cave, and sitting under the stars at our amazing campsite. 10/10 would recommend and come again

Beaverdam Falls, The Cattails
This was one of the best camping trips my family’s ever had. Beaverdam Falls really makes your trip as enjoyable, convenient, safe, and easy as they possibly can while still ensuring you’re surrounded by nature and wildlife without disturbing that balance. From the yurt with a bed and heater, to the grill and fire pit to cook on, to the potable water cooler that was filled when we arrived, to the pile of firewood at the campsite, to the easy, contactless check in and check out. They even had fans, lanterns, books, an extra tent, and binoculars for bird watching. The shared lounge has free wifi, a stove, sink, a shower with hot water, and a toilet. The lounge even had drinks, snacks, ice, and any supplies you might have forgotten that you can purchase for affordable prices (seriously, they had everything from dogfood to shaving razors to lighter fluid). All you need to pack is your clothes and food. I cannot say enough about all the amenities. We opted in to rent the sheets, pillows, and quilts for only $15 and they were so clean, comfortable, and buttery soft-so much so that we ordered the same sheets for our home! The waterfall is stunning and we swam with the trout every chance we got. The cave and rock formations are so cool to explore. They even offer two free kayaks to see the beaver preserve. We didn’t even need to leave the campsite. The host even stopped by to let us know a storm was coming and checked on us after. An absolute DREAM. We can’t wait to come back!

Beaverdam Falls, Top of the Rock
One of a kind campsite!
I am so conflicted writing this review, because I'd love to keep this site as my secret, but that wouldn't be fair to the host (Beau) and as many people as possible should get to experience the incredible beauty of Beaverdam Falls. The site was incredible and we loved being able to fall asleep to the sound of the falls. We spent all day Saturday floating in the pools under the falls and letting the dogs swim.
The site was well stocked and had way more amenities than we expected. We'll be back for sure and can't wait to come with friends. This is a special place and we are lucky Beau's family has decided to share it with the public.

Gorgeous must see
We had an amazing time at the Cattails at Beaverdam. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a sky full of stars. There is so much to explore at the property including a cave and main event a Disney like cascading waterfall, which you can swim in! Every campsite has its own unique feel and is just as gorgeous as the next. The campsite is clean, well maintained and has everything one needs. There is a communal trailer that provides snack, bathroom, WiFi and coffee. The host is super hospitable and gave us a background on the history of the property and surrounding areas. It truly is a hidden sanctuary. We highly recommend!
