Enjoy the great outdoors from our spacious sites with lots of privacy on our rural farm. Farm land from the 1800s, come enjoy what I have. Choose a new activity every day like biking, fishing, hiking, and off-roading. Then, spend a quiet evening relaxing in nature and exploring the creeks that run through the property. With 30 sites to choose from, you can experience a new spot every time you stay. Be sure to check out our Appalachian Trail experience that offers a guided hike of the rock faces overlooking the western side of the trail. Lovers of the outdoors and American history will find tons to do in the area. Three additional national parks make for great areas of exploration. Enjoy visiting Antietam National Park, Harpers Ferry National Park and hiking along sections of the famous Appalachian Trail.Take in nature's offerings in our cozy camper located on a private farm in the Lovettsville countryside. Nestled on a 240 sq ft gravel area the camper provides a private bedroom with king bed, a couch that pulls out to a double bed, full bath with shower (no bath tub & bath towels are not provided) and AC/Heat. Linens for beds can be provided upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove top, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils and cookware. The TV is not connected to cable or internet. It does have a USB port and HDMI cables. Looking to get out for a bit? A short drive will lead you to some of the areas finest wineries and breweries. We are conveniently located 15.5 miles from Historic Downtown Leesburg which offers dining and shopping of all varieties. Or hang out and enjoy the gorgeous views on our serene, farm setting. Cap off the evening under the stars while keeping warm next to the fire pit. Firewood is available upon request. Long-term stays are available. Please contact us for pricing. Private Camper on Countryside Farm

The RV was spotless!! The view was of a beautiful, north-facing mountain ridge. If you are interested in night sky events this is your answer. Everything I needed was in the RV. I loved seeing the long-horned cattle and the beautiful big red barn as well as meeting Josh and family. They were very welcoming.

We had a great time! Becca made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Plus the cows were very cute and seemed to be very curious about the new humans visiting!

My wife and I loved tent camping on Josh's land and Josh was a perfect host. There are few better experiences than dining on pan-seared steak by a hot campfire while gazing up at a beautiful star-filled night sky--especially when your camp site is in such an extraordinary country setting as here! If you're looking for a wonderful time in the great outdoors, you need to visit here!

Great location, very rural and quiet, yet close to Lovettsville, VA (lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants). The host is very helpful, flexible and laid back.

I always love staying at Josh's Farm! It is well situated to nearby Flying Ace Brewery/Distillery, Harper's Ferry, and historic Leesburg. Highly recommend!
