Well Worth the Stay!
Me, my husband, and my dog thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chigger Creek. We spent the weekend there, but I would have loved to extend to at least 1 week. It was so peaceful. We have a 30ft travel trailer and spot #2 was a perfect fit. Great fishing spot. My husband caught 13 within 2 hours. The hosts were great. We will definitely return.

A great place to relax
Was Greeted by homeowners and she explained everything. Awesome amenities, a place to enjoy nature. The water, canoe, kayaks were available for you. She even presented us with banana bread. And it was good. Nightly fires was made and that was the highlight of camping.

Ready to relax and take it all in
This place was the best! Kirsten and Dale were the most kind and accommodating hosts, full of energy and hospitality- good conversation - we loved our stay here. We loved their beautiful property on the water and it was so peaceful and quiet. We took a canoe out and saw the lily pads. Dale made us a big fire and we took hot showers in front of the lake. This green retreat hits top spot for us!

Great stop on Southern road trip
What a lovely spot, right on a spring-fed lake with geese & ducks & their babies paddling by. When we arrived Dale was setting up our campfire (an unexpected & much appreciated courtesy). My dog was beside herself with joy at being allowed to explore off-leash. We were the only campers the night we were there. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to rain; I was really hoping to use every minute available to us to chill at the lake before heading to our next destination but we were car camping & I couldn't keep my dog confined while it rained. There was a spotless porta-potty, and access to power and water at our site. Kirstin & Dale were both so welcoming. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay Kristin!
