What a great time. Cheryll and Anthony were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. The campsite was well taken care of and the location had so much to offer. Tables, fire pit, shelter, hiking trails and of course, the animals. The kids loved chasing the sheep and feeding the horses. They even got to ride a horse on the last day. I would highly recommend this to any family planning a fun weekend getaway.
Cheryll and Anthony have a lovely property. We were tucked away in the trees in our own private spot which our small family definitely enjoyed. Anthony was kind enough to give our daughter a ride on one of his beautiful horses, making her day. She loved seeing all the other animals as well. Recommend for a perfect weekend camping trip!
This was an amazing camping experience with fantastic hosts! Hosts were very hands on, helpful, highly informative, and very caring and protective of us. The entire experience was much appreciated and needed. I can not wait to camp here again and bring some friends along. Everything was excellent💙!
We are inexperienced campers, and we loved the site. We were able to park relatively close to the site, which was a great help. Anthony and Cheryll were very welcoming and had great recommendations about things to do in the area. Even for July, the bugs were not super noticeable, which was a relief. Lots of space to spread out, and surfaces for cooking/playing games, etc. Our son loved digging in the sand. Thanks for a great stay!
WoW!!! Anthony and Cheryll were terrific hosts!! More importantly, my wife and arrived in our 35ft 5th Wheel, and after seeing its size, Anthony relocated a storage trailer so we could have the perfect site along the tree line and overlooking the pasture with beautiful horses and friendly sheep to admire throughout the morning, day, and evening. Commutations with Cheryll before our arrival were helpful and timely. After arriving, Anthony was a pleasure to talk to and learn from. Plenty of trails to walk, although the rain did restrict our adventurous side. Quite, peaceful and definitely “Country Camping at its Best”!!! We will return!!!
