Enjoy rural charm and modern comfort in our beautifully renovated RV, still cleverly disguised on the outside as a 1999 RV. But don’t judge this book by its cover! Nestled on our 6 acre homestead, it is glamping at its best: nature but with the comforts of home (like hot water and AC). This RV is fully stocked with everything you need, from plates, bowls, utensils and seasonings to board games and blankets. We offer a charcoal grill, griddle, and two burner stove. You can cook inside or outside. All you have to do is bring yourself and your snacks! Enjoy your complimentary coffee in the company of chickens, watch the sun rise or set, view incredible stargazing, unobstructed by city lights. Outside we have a table and chairs, fire pit and a swing where you can sit and enjoy yourselves. We have everything you need to enjoy your retreat under the stars! We also have goats and geese to meet! We sometimes have farm fresh eggs for purchase, please message me for availability. All this and less than 15 min to Williamsburg. We are fortunate enough to have a plentitude of parks and outdoor activities to choose from. We're only 12 minutes from York River State Park which has a gorgeous river shoreline. The York River is known for its rare and delicate environment, where freshwater and saltwater meet to create a habitat rich in marine and plant life. You can hike, bike, kayak, raft, and more. This area is extremely historical and they even hold classes on fossils!The RV has its own dedicated space on our 6 acres. It is situated approximately 150 feet from our home. There is a separate driveway from our house with its own dedicated parking spot. The parking spot is about 20 feet away from the RV. Bohemian Glamsody is 31 foot Winnebago, with 2 slide outs. We have lovingly updated every aspect of the inside of the camper to make it a fun, cheerful and unique space. Full of color, inspiration and nothing but good vibes that you'll surely feel the moment you step inside. She has 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower (tankless hot water heater), 1 futon sofa that converts to a bed, a dinette table that converts to a bed, a small desk area, and indoor kitchen. We also have some supplies (table, griddle, plug-in 2 burner stove top and a charcoal grill) should you want to cook outside. Outside we have a table and chairs, fire pit and a swing where you can sit and enjoy yourselves. We have everything you need to enjoy your retreat under the stars! We are pet friendly, with an extremely reasonable pet fee of $20 per stay. Pets are welcome as long they are 100 percent house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, don’t constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture), completely cleaned up after (poop), and leashed at all times. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. There is an option when booking to indicate the number of pets coming with you. But after booking, please let us know that you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria. We have created instructions to walk you through the RV to show you how everything works, but we’re also available to assist in person for anything you may need. Below are descriptions of each of the spaces: Master Bedroom: • Privacy door • Queen Bed • Closet and drawers • Separate AC in room • Sheets, pillows and comforter provided Kitchen: • Sink, Stove top, Microwave (doubles as convection oven – but please note the RV does not have a regular oven), and fridge/freezer • Utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans, various kitchen items (mixing bowls, strainer, wine and bottle opener, cooking knives, spatulas, etc.) • Single serve Keurig and Coffee Mugs • Toaster Oven • Soap, hand towels, tissues, trash bags, and paper towels provided Bathroom: • Shower (Please note, being an RV shower, the shower is smaller and the shower head is lower than a standard shower. But we do have a tankless water heater!) • RV safe toilet paper will be provide and MUST BE USED. Use of any other will clog camper tank and will result in a fee. • Bath towels • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Living and Dining area: • 4 person dining table (folds into a bed) • Futon Sleeper Sofa (folds into a bed) • Small desk area with chair • Board games, cards, puzzles, and books • Smart TV equipped with streaming • Linens are provided for each of the beds Outdoor Items: • 2 burner plug-in stove-top • Electric griddle • Charcoal Grill (charcoal not provided and grill must be cleaned and left as you found it) • Grill accessories and utensils • Table and chairs • Outdoor trash can • Fire pit • Outdoor games Supplies provided will be determined by number of people under booking.
