Full hook up site 30amp #1
We arrived at Stoney Creek which is part Shenandoah valley not long after a snowfall which was followed by rain which froze as the temperature dropped to the low 20s. Roads in this secluded area were not fully plowed so we were happy to settle down for the evening and get cozy in our minivan camper. Chris, our host , was very helpful, making sure all went well with us .
The bathroom has a shower, a washer and dryer and best of all, heat ! There's a gas station/convience store just down the street. There was phone service (T-Mobile) along with Internet which is rare in the mountains in the middle of nowhere.
Chris, our host, lives close by and was extremely accommodating. We hope to visit again in warmer weather because the area is breathtakingly beautiful with magnificent vistas of mountain peaks and expansive valleys.

private and beautiful site
here on a solo trip. Chris greeted when I checked in late at night and graciously showed me the amenities. clean bathroom, hot shower, and a picnic table. site was private and quiet. the site was scenic left and right - a lovely brook and a view of the mountain. definitely one of my remarkable hipcamp finds!

The campers are nice and well placed. Chris goes all out to make sure you have everything. Bath house is a little far away but thats ok. It is worth the trip.

beautiful with plenty of amenities
site #10 was specially beautiful with a mountain view and sounds of a creek nearby. for $20 you have a picnic table, clean, hot showers, convenient location close to a gas station and peaks of otter. plenty of privacy between camping sites. i loved my stay and Chris was fast to respond and graciously accomodating!
