The Guinea farm is 18 acres of feild and forest on the rural middle pennensula. Only 1 mile from 2 separate secluded beaches and a boat launch. There is verly little traffic or light polution here, nature is at your fingertips. Come visit the farm and experience agrotourism at it's finest. Pick your own veggies in the community garden and meet the Guinea fowl! Enjoy the windernes and learn about the local ecosystem here on the middle pennensula. There are 3 sites spaced out across the 18 acres set apart for privacy. Wisteria is a primative site closer to the entrance gate. Trilogy is a suspended tree tent in the pines 700' beyond that and seperated by dense forest. Stargazer Tiny cabin is an offgrid rustic camping cabin on the back side of the property. Each site is surronded by several acres of forest and close to the edge of a large feild. There are romaing guinea fowl that may come make a very loud appearance as they canvas the property eating bugs. Deer, Turkeys, Bald Eagles, foxes, and other wildlife are common guests also. Mid-summer is what I call frog season, Tree frogs are abundant and provide a wonderful soundtrack. There are free to use bicycles, an axe throwing board, and cornhole boards available. 4 miles from shopping and dining in Mathews Virginia, 15 miles to Gwynn Island. Gwynn's Island is an island located in the Chesapeake Bay off of Virginia's Middle Peninsula. The island is located in the northeast part of Mathews County, south of the mouth of the Piankatank River. It is connected to the rest of the county by a swing bridge over Milford Haven.

Trilogy
Great site!
Ian was absolutely amazing with communication! He replied quickly and thoroughly explained or answered questions. He let us pick from his garden. The Trilogy site was smaller than I expected, but we still fit two 6 person tents inside. There as enough parking for at least 4 cars. (Ian did tell us we could use the open land beside our site.) The only bummer was the bikes were either broken or had flat tires. And the picnic screen house had a lot of rips. The port-o-potty was about 100 yards away. We used a Lowe’s bucket in the shower for the ladies to go to the bathroom during the night.

Wisteria Treehouse
Our recent camping trip was a truly special experience! The land we rented was stunning, and our campsite was set up right next to a beautiful treehouse that the owner built himself. The treehouse added such a unique charm to the property, and he was kind enough to allow us to explore his land. My kids loved every minute of it. The natural setting was perfect, and the owner’s friendly Guinea fowl added a fun, unexpected element to our stay. Overall just a perfect mix of peaceful surroundings and touch of adventure—an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend for families and nature lovers alike.

Wisteria Treehouse
A lovely weekend getaway
The Wisteria treehouse had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our dogs. From cots and sleeping pads to cookware - and even a Nintendo 64 - the treehouse was well equipped. Portapotty was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having a secluded beach nearby to run around with the dogs. The host was so attentive and kind - thanks for everything, Ian!

Wisteria Treehouse
Magical treehouse!
We loved staying in the magical treehouse at Ian’s farm! The treehouse and tent were comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. Ian was such a welcoming host and let my kids and I meet and feed his guineas and turkeys. The property is 5 min from two beautiful, secluded beaches - we will definitely be back.

The Trilogy camp site was a perfect experience for our young family and friends. The tent is such a cool feature and the site was great. Overall location was nice as well, close to the beach and stores.

Trilogy
Do It!!!
We loved our experience in the trilogy site! We were able to have our dogs off leash with us on the property which was very nice. In addition there are two beaches in either direction only a few minutes down the road which allowed for exploring adventures. Ian communicated all details as well as extra advice before we got to the property which was greatly appreciated. We loved our stay!!
