Warren Ferry Landing - Cabin
Very serene and relaxing!
The site and the view were amazing!! It's very primitive with no water or power, but if you like camping off grid like we do, then this amazing site is for you!! The dogs loved the freedom to roam around our side of the site and play in the river. It was very hard for us to access the river from the site because the shore is very slippery and muddy, but we walked over to the public side for easy access. Town was a short 20 min drive where we got some things from Food Lion, enjoyed a drink at the Tavern, and grabbed a delicious coffee from Baine's Books and Coffee. We will definitely be back asap!!

Warren Ferry Landing - Tent Camping
Beautiful site but deceiving
While the campsite itself was beautiful it was really not worth the $200 we paid for 2 nights. We only actually stayed one night and one day because there is a TON of noise at night from a road right next to the campsite that is open to anyone… all hours for access to the river. Across the river were other sites up for partying all night long. The outhouse was very unclean and stuffy, and rather awkward to get to as it is located right under the cabin (which a couple was staying in). There is very limited river access except through the road mentioned earlier. It’s not exclusive to the site and you’re sharing that space with the cabin people. Lots of trash left behind on that road (dirty diapers, wipes, bottles, beer bottles). The field itself was open and well maintained but for $200 our family was pretty disappointed which led us to leave a night early.

Great spot with beautiful view. Pretty rustic, so not for folks who aren’t prepared for that.
There were butterflies and critters all about and tons of lighting bugs after dark.
There was a big rain before we came and the parking area was very boggy. So just be aware. Probably not a problem in a less rainy season.

Warren Ferry Landing - Tent Camping
Beautiful site; tons of space for our dogs to run around and swim. Host was communicative and directions were easy to follow. Cabin was empty, so we had the place to ourselves, but could be awkward to use the bathroom if there are other guests, as you have to go through their site to get to the outhouse. Other than that, the place was perfect and our dogs loved it! Would stay again!

Warren Ferry Landing - Cabin
