We have close by access to amazing hiking, swimming, fishing, skiing, mountain biking, dirt biking, you name it. When you’re finished recreating for the day set up your tent by our lovely creek and come roast some mallows on the campfire. I do dog training here but it stays pretty mellow and there are plenty of spots to have your own slice of privacy on the creek.

Quiet and wild! Mack’s camp has perfect tent sites, a babbling creek, privacy, and a super responsive host. The sauna was easy to use and perfectly situated by a cold-plunge spot in the creek. The host also offered directions to a nearby trail up Domerie Peak with breathtaking views. The roads in are not for the faint of heart but my Prius is a workhorse and managed just fine.

I like Mackens place. For a self sufficient camper it really fits the bil, and not too far from town. Interested to see what else gets added over time.

Perfect summer getaway!

We had an amazing time at Mac’s camp. My dog loved every bit of it and explored the area on his own. The creek running by is peaceful. Access directions given by Mac were very helpful. He was super responsive on phone even at night (during a thunderstorm).

Macs Camp

We loved getting to spend some time on Macken's property. He is a very kind and accommodating person and he made sure we felt right at home. We set up our tents next to the beautiful creek and had a wonderful night. :-)
