At the time of writing this review, the HipCamp page did not have the winery name or hours information. Without this information, we booked on a day that the winery and restaurant was closed. If we had known it was closed, we would have picked somewhere else - I am only being critical because we were truly excited about staying at the winery and enjoying the restaurant that was advertised.
Moreover, the host said she would provide check in instructions a few days before check in, but we received instructions after calling her the day of, 5 hours before check in - whereas industry standard is 24 hours.
For future HipCampers, the winery is called La Uva Fortuna, and they are closed on Tuesdays.
Ultimately, we decided not to stay at the site because the experience was falsely advertised and not what we wanted.
