We weren’t expecting there to be other trailers and a tent there. The child and the young adults that were staying there were very quiet and respectful of our area. The hostess was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had

Hook up worked. Nestled in with the locals, you can walk to the beach in 15min. And you meet interessting people.

Not what expected. There are people living there and when we arrived they were parked in our spot. The same thing happened later that night when other guests arrived. All the hook ups are right on top of each other when there is plenty of land. We made the best of it. We won't return

The RV camps are too close for comfort. We could hear everything going on in the other persons camper. They also had a loose dog and our dogs went crazy because they were leashed. The neighbors dog cooked many times in front of our camper.

Pros and cons
App issue: Initial reservation was pretty simple. My boyfriend booked it. When he tried to extend it, the app wouldn't let him. I booked the second half of our stay.
The owners were very responsive with great self-check-in info!
The site:
It's literally in a neighborhood in between homes. The ground isn't very easy to level an RV on. The electrical/water/waste dump facilities are very close to the site behind it. We had to make several attempts to get the RV in position to access these amenities. The neighborhood road is busier with traffic than we would have anticipated. The pet policy doesn't seem to include picking up your dogs poo as there was lots of it all over the property.
Beach Access:
There's no directions on how to access the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk, including having to cross a busy road and walk in between houses on a grassy trail, to get to the beach. We wouldn't have been able to easily bring anything with us to the beach.
Nearby things:
There is a town just a short drive away, with public beach access. There are a couple of stores, a gas station or 2, and a few restaurants.

We stayed in spot 1, which is probably the best spot. The site was flat and easy to back in to. Relatively close to the neighboring camper. Having full hooks ups is always great! It was a decent spot to camp and go explore! There is a bathroom, but we didn’t see it as we didn’t need it, and it also seemed the other people camping are living there and had made themselves very cozy in the bathroom and had their toothbrushes and things inside. They also had a dog and cat roaming freely, so we were unable to let our dog out after their car was aggressive to our dog.
We messaged the number provided for the camp host with our ETA approximately an hour before our arrival with no response, so I messaged the owner through hipcamp Friday and received a response late Saturday night.
